Damien was exceptional in all his dealings with us throughout the sale of our units. He kept us informed and up to date and I felt like I always knew exactly where we were in the process. Even after the sale he continued to give us his time and attention. Damien was also very sensitive to our particular personal circumstances at the time. He genuinely cared about us and wanted to achieve the best outcome for us, not himself. I always felt like he was being 100% authentic and honest with us, which is very rare in a real estate agent. I only wish that all agents had the same values that he has. Damien still checks in with my elderly mum whom is still a tenant in the property we sold, to see if the process of changing landlords is going ok for her and helps her with any paperwork, meeting the new owners, etc. After working with Damien, I wouldn't use any other real estate agent now.

Like most people we don’t sell a house very often so we rarely engage the services of a real estate agent. This was our third ever experience with an agent and it was far and away the best experience we have had. Our journey with Damien started when he called around to view our property, gain a few details about us and provided us some advice. A couple of days later we met again where he discussed what he had to offer as an agent (and he lived up to every single commitment), his impressions of our property, what the market was doing and the advantages / disadvantages our home would likely encounter.
