When Damien first contacted me I thought typical Noosa agent, get the listing then start to work on me about the usual reasons to decrease the price. Market slowing, the economy,house needs work, Trump got elected,etc. I've heard them all. He kept his word, worked hard and got a sale, not easily though. I did decrease my price but not from Damien's advice more myself wanting to sell it. I thought DN were only for prestigious homes, mine being undoubtably the worst home in the northern pocket of sunshine.
