Damon achieved a quick sale (about ten days) at a price that was a suburb record for the sized lot our house was on. Damon was straight forward and dealt openly with ourselves as the vendors; it was also apparent that in negotiating the sale he maintained appropriate, helpful and productive relationships with purchasers interested in the property contributing to an easy settlement. Refreshing also not to be pushed the expensive print advertising; it has a place but Damon's modern approach got the result we wanted. We would highly recommend Damon.
