I interacted with Varghese (James) Kunjummen, Sales Consultant from Hocking Stuart who was most helpful in assisting me with finding my forever home. Although I was hesitant to view properties with inclusions of which I was not wishing for such as carpets, I was advised by James that these are not big issues to resolve. During the process of looking at properties I had met with James on 3 occasions. I felt very supported and taken under James's wing to find my house and I am so pleased that I eventually viewed a property that I was averse to consider from the start. However, I actually revisited the listing and contacted James and upon viewing the property I fell in love with it almost immediately..........see, sometimes we can find an agent that truly cares and I will also mention that all the agents at Hocking Stuart were very personable, pleasant and seem to enjoy what they do! I am a first time home buyer and I wish to recommend the agents from this agency because they have good people skills and even if you have uncertainty and in my case, poo poo a place that you have viewed previously, these guys remember what you are looking for, remember what you like and don't like and in my case...WOW.. I have my forever home!!!!!!!
