Damon is a fine example of a great agent who can quickly build rapport. His friendly and warm approach makes you feel well taken care of right from the start of the journey. I met Damon when I was still new to the Williams Landing area, he patiently explained about the area and have a genuine interest on what I was looking for, addressing my concern, and simply spend the time to get to know me and what I want a little better. The conversation was natural and easy. He is very welcoming so I am more willing to look at a few available options in the area. To my surprise, there is a very nice house that ticks all the boxes. If it was not for Damon I probably would not bother to check more properties and would not be able to find my dream home.
