To be fair I only contacted Street Real Estate because I had previously had 2 well managed dealings through their Blackbutt office (Karen Wilson). I first met Damon some 4 months before the property was available to go on the market and he impressed as well versed in market conditions and price ranges. The property was later to sell in the higher end of that range. The marketing campaign was well managed and I was kept informed of progress after every open house.
