Dan is enthusiastic, friendly and hard working. His communication was excellent, and he always kept me informed of any prospective interest in my house. He got back to me very promptly if I needed to contact him. Dan is very honest and has a high level of integrity.
Throughout the whole process, what we liked about Dan the most was his honest and direct approach. He was confident about our expectations with what was wanted to achieve, and in the time frames we wanted to achieve it in. He indicated that he was confident of a sale being conducted within a couple of weeks, and that is exactly what he delivered. Very easy to work with, no fuss, no hassle, great communication, and ultimately got the result close to what we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for anything more as far as the process. Would happily use Dans services in the future and would highly recommend his services to other sellers.
