Simply put, I believe Daniel to be one of the best real estate agents I have had dealings with. Daniel is very professional. Over the years I have had many dealings with real estate agents. Buying, selling, renting & working with real agents Daniel is one the best. The only reason I scored him 7.5 for negotiation was he was on holydays at that time. I would look for Daniel BROWN next time a want an realestate agent.

I found Daniel Brown to be mature, organised and reliable. He saw past the defects to the underlying potential of my property. His judgement of the price was higher than I expected but he was confident so I went with it. He was correct. The property sold within weeks at the asking price. Daniel was reliable - arriving when he said he would arrive, phoning when he said he would phone, and addressing all questions and request from us. It was one of those times in life when I feel I was lucky and fell on my feet.

Daniel and Colin certainley know their market and clients. The whole process was so much easier than we anticipated. We had regular updates on the progress of the sale and am happy with the overall service we have received. Would not hesitate to use First National Real Estate Mudgee again.

From first contact to buy a house Daniel worked to find me a home. He showed me a couple and then took it upon himself to show me properties I would not of even considered otherwise. He negotiated fairly between myself and the vendor and after the 'deal was done' I never felt his priority lay with the vendor. He communicated with me every step of the way through the process (a shock after buying 3 previous homes without a phone call from an agent), was mindful of how 'I wanted to approach negotiating and buying the property', sorted out little issues as they arose and even got things done for me prior to moving into the home 'he felt should be done' and that 'he would like done if he was buying the home himself'. You cannot ask for anymore in terms of professionalism, care and understanding. A credit to not only himself but also to the real estate industry at large. Buying real estate would be a far more pleasant experience for all Australians if agents were all the same as Daniel.
