Dan helped the reviewer sell this property

Good result in a difficult market.

Darwin is still a challenging market for vendors with so many properties up for sale. We had previously had our property on the market several years ago and decided to have another try after having had the property rented out through Raine and Horne. We actually thought Dan was a bit ambitious with the price he hoped to achieve. Added to this were tenants who although renewing their lease knowing the property was on the market were at first quite obstructive, Dan and Emma Parry, our property manager, were able to smooth the waters and after a relatively short time secure a contract. Building reports revealed a few issues which could have potentially cost a lot to rectify. Dan was able to broker a compromise and his good relationship with the purchaser was definitely a positive in the negotiations. Both ourselves and the purchaser came away satisfied with the outcome and we would say that was down to Dan's professional and friendly manner. Dan communicated well throughout the campaign and as Cyclone Marcus bore down on Darwin. kept us informed during what was a busy time for his firm. Nice bloke and great result.
