We were happy with the quick settlement of the property but lacked in areas of listening in regards to taking photos of the property once the selling price was agreed upon and the agent being told by the owners no photos are needed! Unfortunately this request was not followed and pictures including a floor layout of the house was undertaken and the cost forwarded onto us (the owner)! As a result, when we go through George and Furhman in the future we will be requesting Jenni Pedrini to look after our properties here on out!
