Dan was easy to approach and followed through on every question leaving no stone unturned.
His communication skills were excellent and he was easy to talk with. As I was not wanting to buy, a market knowledge wasn't required, however, I'm sure this would not be a problem. Also, negotiation skills were not required, but Dan kept me well informed with every process. He exhibits good professionalism and future clients, whether buying or selling, will be served well.
