Dan Clarke is exceptional in what he does. Our family home sold within 22 days of being on the market. He is very professional and always available. He had great contact with us with consistant messaging on the performance of the property online, open home ideas, pricing reviews based on performance which we didn't even get to consider because he got us $10k over a price that we were happy with in a very short period. The areas he sells in he knows the market thoroughly and prices the property appropriately. This isn't our first rodeo in buying and selling and Dan was and is on point. Its worth noting that our property sold for $37k more than any other property has sold in our local estate ever. Dan did an amazing job selling our property so quickly. Being so close to Christmas we were worried there would not be much interest, however only a few days after listing the property we had our buyer! Dan took time out of his weekend and a family commitment to give the 'out of town' buyers a walk through of our property and took the time to find out their situation and whether they were serious buyers for our property. Our property had an easement, which caused some concerns for the buyers given their future plans for the property, however instead of losing the sale altogether, Dan was able to incorporate a clause which satisfied both parties and allowed for the buyers to conduct additional investigation - and eventually lead to the unconditional sale of our property!
