Dan did an amazing job selling our property so quickly. Being so close to Christmas we were worried there would not be much interest, however only a few days after listing the property we had our buyer! Dan took time out of his weekend and a family commitment to give the 'out of town' buyers a walk through of our property and took the time to find out their situation and whether they were serious buyers for our property. Our property had an easement, which caused some concerns for the buyers given their future plans for the property, however instead of losing the sale altogether, Dan was able to incorporate a clause which satisfied both parties and allowed for the buyers to conduct additional investigation - and eventually lead to the unconditional sale of our property!
