Dan has made selling this property particularly easy, in that he pushes and pushes and pushes for results. Even after getting a contract, he continues with more offers until the house goes unconditional. The other very welcome aspect of his business is the communication. We were involved in selling a house over Christmas and whilst he was away on holiday with his family, he was always on top of what was happening with the house and he was always available if needed.
