He bought several groups of potential buyers through the property even before it was officially on the market. We were always well informed on how viewings & open homes went & Dan was diligent with keeping us engaged & always responsive to any questions we had. Our home sold in around 3 weeks for above asking price. Due to a long settlement request from our buyers, Dan was able to negotiate a $10k non refundable deposit to be released to us .
