From the 1st meeting, I knew I would be making the right decision in choosing Dan, even though I interviewed four agents. He gave me honest, market advice, was never pushy and with a little humour thrown in really took the time to explain everything. He sold my home before auction for a great result and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Dan also showed many homes to buy and was always patient, helpful, and upbeat no matter how many questions I had! His assistant Jane was just as wonderful — friendly, organised, and always quick to help. I genuinely felt supported every step of the way.
