Dan and the team at Watt Realty were great. He made contact with us a year or so prior to us deciding to sell and list with him. We had regular contact over the 12months and discussed a number of matters, there was never a push from him to sell but more so a want to assist and discuss how things were going and what the market was doing. The sale process was as smooth as you could expect with him receiving multiple offers from the first open home. He essentially had to sell our house twice given the 1st buyer pulled out, he fought to get the same result and we are pleased with the outcome.
