We were super pleased with Dan in regards to the whole buying process. Basically, our scenario comprised in selling my mum's property and my property so we can move together into a nice "Bigger" home that we both jointly can afford. And never been so happy with the property purchase "IN MY LIFE". Selling of the initial home (my mothers) was luckily not so bothersome as we had a willing buyer within a month of selling the property thanks to Dan's master marketing work.
