We met Dan while he was selling a property within our complex. Dan was attentive and great at communication leading up to the sale. Dan had a buyer in his database and was able to sell our property off market saving a great deal of associated inconveniences and costs. However, once contract was in place, Dan seemed to favour and push the buyers agenda in terms of extra viewings, nit picking at unreasonable building and pest inspection requests. I wouldn’t recommend and am overall disappointed with the customer service.
