Dan was very easy to deal with. Unlike other real estate agents who try to give you the hard sell and seem only out for themselves, Dan was really helpful and seemed genuinely interested in serving both the seller and buyer. He helped alleviate some of the stress of being first home buyers by making the process as smooth as possible with open lines of communication between us and the seller. Would definitely seek Dan's assistance again with purchasing/selling property.
