An agent, agent, & Dan walk into a bar

It's an old joke format but it holds true for our experience with Dan Elliott and here's why.... we had 3 agents through one promised us the world and told us what a superstar they were, another was impeccably dressed vowed to work with all her might but also wanted huge marketing costs upfront. Dan was professional, he displayed expert knowledge not just in recent local sales but in detailing how he ensure families were introduced to the best schools, the work/traffic routes, what shops/restaurants/gyms/sports clubs were available to ensure prospective buyers could appreciate the full lifestyle that came with the home and location. Best of all he listened to our goals and respected them the whole way through. The upfront were minimal, his photos, signage, ads, opens were first class. We sold exactly in the range we agreed to at the start, quickly and effortlessly. Highly recommended.
