I started with local agent finder as my property was in QLD and I resided in NSW. I was given an option of 3 local candidates to choose from. I spoke with each agent and got proposals from all three. Although the sales commission was slightly higher than the other two, I just felt more comfortable with Dan and his confidence and knowledge. He was a pleasure to work with, even when we had a hiccup with the building report, he stayed the course, fixed up the problem and followed it through to make sure it all happened. This was a relief at my end, especially due to my work commitments and being in another state.
