I went with Dan because he was able to show me his current knowledge of the rapidly changing market that I was selling in. Apart from keeping me fully informed, including negotiations on my behalf, Dan was always responsive when I called him. Perhaps most importantly, Dan was able to establish such a rapport that it felt like a genuine team sale with Dan. I also had sufficient advice to be confident that we maximised our sale return.
