We found Daniel’s assistance invaluable when selling our property. He was very easy to communicate with and always got back to us straight away with any of our questions. Never ask a potential buyer what the value of the house is! Sell the positives of the house, don't dwell on its negatives, that's what you're paid to do! Don't ring the seller every time a potential buyer farts, they don't care.
Daniel was great until he found a buyer and from that point on communications were poor, he did all negotiations in favour of the buyer, everyrhing we spoke in confidence to him about came instantly back to us through the buyers solicitor. It was not a happy experience.
