The agent was very opportunistic and pushy to get our listing, when we were just testing the market and not fully prepared for aggressive marketing. Although we got the price we expected in the end, it felt as if the agent was working for his own interests, pushing us to settle before the end of the financial year, without regard to the pressure and stress that placed on us to find a property to move into Sat such short notice. Overall it was a stressful and unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this agent to my friends.
