What counts to me, beyond all the follow-ups and support, is what people are like as people. Dan and Macca and Robyn are each superb people to deal with. Robyn was especially helpful at the end, helping me move out by recommending a specific person to help with removal - who arrived within 10 minutes. Dan was always supportive and helpful and ready to provide feedback. And Macca continued his warmth and friendship from when we bought the house via him 8 years ago.

Buying a home through Dan and his colleagues, Robyn and Macca, was an easy and pleasurable experience. As we were quite a distance from the property, we relied on them heavily, with "short notice" inspections initially, to videoing final inspection & questions about the "workings" of the property. Always prompt with their responses. If one wasn't available, another was and they were only too happy to help. We feel confident recommending them to anyone. They are a great "team".
