Dan did an excellent job - he provided clear advice on how the house should be best presented, arranged for tradesmen to attend to small jobs, cleaners to do a through clean and stylists to provide furniture (as my Mum had taken all her furniture to her new townhouse). Dan provide clear and regular updates following open for inspections and then acted as auctioneer. As a result of Dan's expertise he achieved a sale at an excellent price.
