What stood out most to me about Dan was his enthusiasm about my apartment, his comments regarding the place were always complimentary. I found Dan to be a fantastic realtor, he was extremely responsive, gave good advice and had extensive knowledge of the market. Dan also went out of his way to make the experience as stress-free as possible organising trades people as required. Dan achieved an incredible outcome in a difficult market.
