Dan started his career with the firm 23 years ago; after the first 5 years he joined another leading Noosa firm gaining his full Real Estate license and managing one of two offices until he became partner of Peter Dowling First National and renamed the firm Dowling and Neylan Real Estate, an independent boutique Real Estate agency.
During his career Dan has been awarded REIQ Sunshine Coast Sales Person of the year on 2 occasions in 2002 and 2004 and was awarded Queensland Sales person of the year in 2004. He was also one of three finalists in the Sunshine Coast business awards 'Young business leader of the year' 2004. The latest achievement comes with being awarded the Real Estate Institute of Queensland Medium Residential Agency of the Year 2012 and finalists in the national Real Estate Institute of Australia Awards.
Dan is a licensed Auctioneer and is known for his sales in the top end of the residential real estate market.
