Our search for an Agent was based on finding one that was local, experienced in semi-rural property, was client orientated and had a high degree of communication skills. Dan certainly ticked all those boxes. He also bought to the table a willingness to discuss our views, listen and was not driven like others that were into self-promotion, unrequired expensive advertising /signage and that he had recent similar local listings and successful sales. He also provided a good, sound and logical strategy for the best sale approach and outcome. He quickly followed up on this meeting and discussion with itemised costings and references to assure us of no surprises for the sale process. We were very happy with the process and sale outcome and would have no hesitation to recommend him to others.
