Happy the Tenant was looked after.
I was happy to see Dan take on the sale with confidence and having a good understanding of the local market. I was supprised the sale happened so quickly in less than six weeks and I was able to ensure the tenant was looked after as it was my wish she could stay on in the home while the home was on the market. Dan was able to find the right person looking for an investment property and the tenant who is disabled was able to stay on without disruption to her life. Thanks for the kind words KC and yes, I do try to look after our tenants as much as possible and this was a great result.
