Dan was only too willing to assist with any questions and travel to the property to check things out for me if need be, as I was buying from out of town. He was terrific with chasing matters up such as the building inspection date, and other things that needed attention. He was my go to man during the whole thing really. No matter what time of the day or what day of the week, he was still 100% approachable and helpful. I've dealt with other Real Estate Agents and they could certainly take serveral leaves out of Dan's book.
