Dan has been great to deal with and was nearly always available day or night, which was fantastic for us! He was also willing to travel to sign the deal, which we appreciated. As a buyer we were impressed and as a seller I would have been impressed if it was my house being sold. Great communication and obviously a hard worker. I would definitely recommend Dan. The only suggestion that I have is that some of the features of the house could have been 'sold' more, particularly the kitchen features. Having said that we bought the house so thank you for your hard work. It's been a pleasure to deal with you. Regards Suze
