Woke up in the morning and was not at all intending to buy a property when I did. After an impromptu inspection of a property, Dane made the process from a simple inspection to my first home purchase so simple that it would be hard to imagine doing it without him. Couldn't ask for a more helpful agent.

Dane was really helpful to us when we were interested in the house we eventually bought. The house was under negotiation with other buyers when we found it and when we asked Dane if we could have an inspection at the last minute, he agreed organised it - we loved the house so much - it was the right property for us - and we made a higher offer and exchanged contracts all in the same day. Although Dane's manager handled the negotiation at the time, if it wasn't for Dane organising the inspection for us that day, we wouldn't have our lovely house.

It is with pleasure I write this review. Both my husband and I would like to thank Dane Cox of McGrath Forestville for his hard work and dedication in selling our house. We put our house on the market about 8 months ago with McGrath Forestville, Dane Cox was the agent we were dealing with. We were very excited when Dane found a buyer within a very reasonable time frame but when the contracts were about to exchange we found out that we couldn't go through with the sale due to uncompleted subdivision/easement requirements therefore we had to pull out. Even though the house was taken off the market Dane did not stop bringing potential buyers over, always kept us informed, kept checking the easement progress with the council and etc. Finally last week after all the legalities completed Dane Cox managed to sell our house for a very attractive sum. We thank Dane once again for not giving up on us, even though at times we were ready to give up and look for other options.
