Dane was very encouraging and supportive - even when we were losing faith Dane kept reassuring us and he just doggedly kept going with the home opens and other marketing strategies. During the settlement period Dane continued to be extremely helpful and went out of his way (even though he was on holiday) to assist us. He was very prompt with information and updates and even though we had to drop our price I am happy that we had a good outcome and thankful for his support.
