From the first phone call to the final negotiations on the price Dane has been the consummate professional. The sale was a little outside the square when it comes to what might be considered an 'ordinary' real estate listing and sale but none of that fazed Dane in any way. He put our requests to his client and did so in a very timely fashion, especially in the context of a real estate market that is super charged and frenetic right at the moment.
