Upon dealing with Dane over the last two months for a property we are now settling on, Dane has been simply outstanding in every way! Overall, we found Dane to be very professional to deal with. He was balanced in working between the vendor and ourselves as the buyer where Dane was genuinely keen to close a deal for both parties. Dane was refreshingly quite knowledgeable with the real estate market for the Shire and abroad however, also quite knowledgeable with process aspects of contracts, timelines, do's and don'ts that proved extremely helpful with our exploration and ultimately purchasing experience.
