Dane was the listing/selling agent for our purchase of a duplex in Caringbah South in October 2021

From the first phone call to the final negotiations on the price Dane has been the consummate professional. The sale was a little outside the square when it comes to what might be considered an 'ordinary' real estate listing and sale but none of that fazed Dane in any way. He put our requests to his client and did so in a very timely fashion, especially in the context of a real estate market that is super charged and frenetic right at the moment. His work in that regard certainly alleviated some of the angst associated with a purchase and I am sure his work for his vendor would have provided those clients with a real sense of comfort as well. He kept the communications open the whole time which took a lot of the unknowns out of the equation and I understand his dealings with our conveyancer have been equally professional and timely. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our purchase and it would not have been achievable without the great work by Dane.
