I was selling my father's house, I don't live in the area so I didn't know much about agents in the Nelson Bay area. I met with Dane once, he had some good suggestions, a plan and sound advice which I followed. I was then travelling overseas as well, Dane organised quotes for numerous things to get the house in saleable condition. Very quick and efficient, the house sold before the sale campaign began at a very good price.
