I was not happy with home openings first ok, second no signs so we missed passing trade, third not times on signs even though I rang and let Dane know I had a stranger walk into my home as they thought the opening was on now. Lights left on and the last home open the lights plus the air con. was left on. I was most unhappy about this as I had requested that they be turned off. The reason I was given by the agent that did the home open was she has 3 to do and did not remember the home she was to make sure all lights be turned off. One would think the agent doing the home open would turn every ones lights and air cons. off when finished as a given. When speaking to the purchaser I did not get the same feeling about the other house in fact they did not seem all that interested. We only sold as we were given the impression that they were very interested in this other house. I had that dreaded feeling the agent was working more for the purchaser than me the seller and I was paying the commission. I did feel a little better when Barry said it was a fall back. Overall we are not happy and if it was possible to undo this,we would. It did not help when a friend stated she has been told by others that they had the same feeling the agent was not working for the seller but the byer.

Dane has been selling all of my real estate for the past 8 years and I highly recommend his services.
