We had Ryan Hards market & sell our Mum’s place. It was a very “emotional sale “, but was handled very professionally with an unexpected outcome. We would “highly recommend” using PRD Port Stephens again.

Dane advised us of his skills in sales and negotiation, so we were prepared to pay the premium commission rate he set. I don't think it unusual, therefore, to expect that he would be at the auction in person to negotiate the price, at least to the minimum figure we both agreed could be achievable. But Dane was overseas on auction day! And, unprofessionally, he did not even have the courtesy to let us know, before or after the event!! I have advised him by phone of our concerns, and he did at least admit that it is better to negotiate in person rather than over the phone. However, he did not appear to understand our concerns that we paid a very high commission rate for him to be there (in person) to sell our property. Plus, not even letting us know was regarded by us as unprofessional and insulting! Didn't quite get to minimum price we wanted.
