I rarely write a review, but this one has to be done. Dane has never given up on the sale of our property, in a changing market and with other waterfront properties selling below market value through his competitors, not only did Dane help us as a project manager while I was not able to be there to help get the property ready for sale, he stepped in and managed gardening, landscaping, painting and a lot of the time he came after hours to help himself. After getting to know Dane personally I quickly realised that he is not driven by the commission he is a genuine person that loves competition and no matter how hard the challenge is he will step up to get the best result for his client.
