Dane and Erin were very good they made us feel relaxed and confident with the price expectations and the house. As we do not live local it seemed to make no difference with communications and paperwork. We got $45,000 more than we were expecting and a price was agreed with the purchaser within one hour of the advertising going on line, which saved us some of the costs. Dane is so professional and yet warm and communicative. We were advised every step of the way re both positive and negative comments from lookers. Also, Erin added the reassuring touch when I was stressing about issues of timeline etc! They dealt with everything taking any anxiety from us.
