Excellent Result

The results achieved by Dane and his team exceeded my expectations. The property was sold, without incurring advertising costs, by showing potential buyers on PRD’s database. Dane suggested a number of improvements to the property and, after I agreed, he organised the required works. The costs associated with these activities were more than covered by the eventual sale price. All communications were clear and timely. This included some from Dane during his family holiday.
