After being misguided and constantly needing to chase our previous agency for follow through with issues and feedback, communication and an honest approach was what we asked for, and Dane delivered at every turn. Dane wasn't afraid to have, and also initiate the honest conversations that were needed in a rapidly changing market. We never had to chase for feedback after open houses or viewings and all the agents at PRD were professional and a pleasure to deal with. On top of that Dane never lost the humanity in selling a family home. It's stressful and he got that. He went out of his way to show he understood it and make it easier. Our only regret is not listing with Dane first.
