I had enjoyed excellent service from Danelle when I purchased a property at Bayswater as my investment one. It was a pass-in house at the auction late last year for which the vendor expected a bit higher than the then market could offer. I was very interested in it, however, due to the limitation of my budget, I was unable to give an offer to be accepted by the vendor in the first 2 weeks. Danelle showed her expertise and patience when she helped negotiation between me and the vendor in the following several weeks. Finally we worked out the transaction by allowing me a longer settlement period so that I could have enough time to get my finance done. Good job done by Danelle. I appreciate it very much. George
