Dani progressed to sales when his business expanded and shared the management with his partner. Dani knows the market well as he is very experienced. I consulted him when my husband and I decided to put our unit up for sale. Dani gave valuable advice as to what I could do to the unit to improve it's looks, usability and value. He gave me names of tradesmen who could help. He was always in contact to see I got on. He arranged for the styling in the unit and was very much involved as he wanted it to impress. During the marketing campaign, Dani kept me abreast with offers that were given among other things. It was a daily report whereby Dani communicated clearly. I know he worked very hard to get me the best price. As soon as a new offer exceeded the previous, Dani would hand me a notice of revised estimated sale price. Dani made sure everything was transparent. Dani was constantly consulting with all potential buyers so that they all had the same opportunity and privilege of buying the property. Finally, after he had tried everyone and was convinced he could not do anymore, he presented the final offer to me. I am very pleased with the final outcome. I would recommend Dani anytime to friends and family.

There are very few people I've met who show the down to earth professionalism that Dani displays. You notice it when he shows attention to detail, clarity of thought under time constraints and willingness to offer understanding when it needed. He goes that much further to make sure all aspects of the property are taken care of. For example we needed a stove for our kitchen and he happened to remember a customer of his that had almost new one one of the same dimensions just lying around. From start to end he has given my wife and I sound advice, we barely had to worry because either everything was taken care or if it was unexpected that possibility was already layer out to us in advance. We got an incredible result for our property at a price we didn't think was possible. In fact it broke the 24 month record for our street for the same property. He has definitely mastered his craft and raises the bar for all other Agents out there. To be honest I cannot recommend Dani enough.
