Dani is very knowledgeable of the housing market and always compare our property with all that were sold in the area ( last 3-6 months). He advised us to renovate out unit,furnish it before opening it to the public. The response was very positive and we sold our property before auction and at a more positive price. Dani is very honest and refunded us for the surplus funds paid into his account . We suddenly had a house available for rent or sale. After discussing the advantages and disadvantage for both he let us decide. We decided to sell and Dani worked on it immediately. We sold the property within 2 weeks!!! We also have properties under his management. Infact he has looked after our properties for a very long time. Hard working, honest,and a good bloke I can recommend to anyone looking for an agent.
