They provided us with tips and tricks to market our home to secure the best possible price but they were also great and tempering our expectations so that we would be prepared if that price point could not be reached. When it came to the time for the photos, they helped rearrange things for the best possible presentation and they saved us money by not needing the house to be professionally staged. Dani and Bree kept us informed with all offers that came through and never coaxed us into accepting one offer over another; they presented the offers and all conditions and left us to decide which one was most acceptable to us. I can't thank nor recommend Dani and Bree enough - they went above and beyond and we are extremely happy with the services they provided.
