Experience and knowledge count for a great deal when it comes to selling one of our largest and most valued assets – the family home. To this end, Daniel has a single-minded determination to ensure he extracts the very best from each buyer. “I believe (most) buyers don’t actually realise what they are willing to pay for a property, until they are faced with a combination of competition, well explained facts and an attitude that is both encouraging and confident - a true and unwavering belief in the property’s inherent qualities and value.”
“There’s an art to achieving an emotional price - a price that makes other buyers simply stare in disbelief. It goes beyond what’s rational and that’s the area I feel I can add the most value for my clients.”
Daniel’s attention to detail, follow up and in-depth communication with potential purchasers provide sellers with a clear blue print of what to expect through the campaign. While many properties sell under the hammer, it’s not uncommon to have pressurised post auction negotiations. This is where Daniel’s elaborate feedback allows clarity of thought and removes the risk of rushed decisions.
