We had been looking to purchase for several months and wasted so much time and money due to misleading real estate agents, and had all but given up. We reluctantly looked at one last property which Daniel was selling after missing out at another auction. He was extremely honest and up front with vendor's expectations, and when we submitted what we thought was a very strong offer, he was transparent about his obligations to the vendor in getting the best price, and kept us informed through out the process. We were able to see the property on the Saturday and complete the exchange by close of business Monday afternoon.
