Daniel right from the start was on the money. His price quoting and market knowledge was spot on. Right throughout the campaign Daniel helped both Jenny and myself, with what would be the right approach in purchasing the property. He made us feel very comfortable during the auction and negotiation process that occurred immediately after the property was passed in. It was a real pleasure to work with Daniel right throughout the campaign, and from a buyers perspective he was a great help. From a vendors perspective I do believe that Daniel did obtain the very best possible price, in what was a cooling market.
